Hello, I'm Shiro. I live in Hokkaido, Japan. I'll be sharing delicious Japanese food with all of you! Today, I ate Japanese-style ramen. It’s a type of ramen called "Iekei". The broth is made by simmering pork bones for a long time and seasoning it with soy sauce and other ingredients. The ramen I had today was instant noodles called "ZUBAAAN". The toppings were boiled egg, spinach, menma, pork, and nori. Please enjoy the video to the end!
