In today's session we will work with each chakra climbing from root to crown. As we open, balance and align each chakra, our energy is allowed to climb up the spine. When that energy reaches the crown, we are in optimal conditions to liberate our energy and connect to Spirit. Today I will be using a combination of Reiki, crystals, visualization as well as color and elemental therapy.
