Today I'm eating some yummy veggie wraps for lunch! The wrap itself is a spinach and herb flavour and I've paired it with some sweet potato and quinoa veggie balls, rocket leaves (arugula), beetroot hummus and a creamy garlic sauce. Everything was purchased from the supermarket except for the garlic herb sauce which I made at home. I decided to go with a sauce that's part of a sweet potato recipe I've had a few times (and will be making for this channel very soon!) as it's seriously delicious and very healthy.
