The one with the cracks! I've done a few chiropractic exams, but none with the adjustments with the cracks. I know it was highly requested on those videos, so today we have an exam followed by a full body adjustment with the cracking - back, feet, legs, fingers, you name it. I'll also be doing some soft tissue manipulation (looks essentially like massage) and even bring out the gua sha tool to bring some healthy blood flow to the surface of the skin.
