No talking ASMR video for relaxation, concentration, relieve stress or fall asleep faster. This time I played with different brushes to create different sounds and moved my hands and fingers in order to create a comfortable visual. The tone of this video is voluntarily dark. My secret hope is that this video will help you sleep and that you rather listen to it than watching it. Still, if you watch it for relaxation purpose, I think the dark background combined with the hands and brushes movements will help you relax.
