Took a break for a day because it’s thanksgiving here in canada ! But I felt like I should still upload so here’s a lofi asmr with lots of tingly scratching, tapping and buildup triggers to help you feel relaxed ! ✻ ✻ ✻ ✻ ASMR has always been something I turned to if I was stressed or couldn’t sleep. It’s brought a lot of peace into my life and has had an impact on anxiety in the best way possible. ASMR allows me to focus on auditory stimulus that distracts me from intrusive and negative anxious thoughts. The interesting manner in which ASMR can trigger so many senses captivated me in a way nothing else ever had. Through my growing interest on how it’s helped me cope with my anxiety my passion grew, pushing me to start this channel. My main reasoning was to perhaps create content that is relaxing and stimulating to help others de-stress.
