In 2011 I started listening to and making videos where I talk softly and gently in order to aid relaxation or sleep or reduce stress. This is something that's helped me for years and I want to continue helping others that may have busy lives, anxiety or sleep troubles, or just want access to a bit of 'me time'. Some people also use videos like mine to seek out ASMR, a sensation we can feel in our brains, or even body, like pleasant goosebumps that calm your nerves and help you to relax.
