TW: Literally everything (self harm, EDs, severe depression) I also forgot to add that about a month before getting back on Effexor, when my meltdowns and panic attacks were reaching their worst, I was prescribed Seroquel/Quetiapine (an antipsychotic). I was supposed to take it every time I felt my emotions getting too high. This was like being hit with a truck. Completely knocked me out after taking it and felt like a zombie the next day. I luckily have not needed to take it in a few months now. If you need help, please contact someone. Um bei vollständig ausgeschaltetem Bildschirm zu hören: Die Wiedergabe im Browser wird durch YouTube technisch gestoppt. Öffne das Video in der YouTube-App, um dort weiterzuhören, wo Hintergrundwiedergabe unterstützt wird (z. B. mit YouTube Premium).
