You might enjoy this as a long background session, to use for sleep (set an intention or focus and assign your subconscious the task of allowing complete healing), or as something to listen to which can serve as prompts for reflection if you're dealing with something that day. As I share in the video, if you are really working through something heavy three sessions are typically suggested, to clear, shift/align, embody. And it would be suggested to space them fairly close together, for example every 3 days or 1 per week. Moving through 3 session in sequence, such as if using this video, would be good for less heavy issues, more like an acute issue. Clearing after a rough day, or an argument, to align your energy, aligning with a manifestation, etc. The next videos I release will be a long form for patreon and members, and for public youtube I'll post a portion of the long form.
