While I understand that most people won’t be looking for a youtube video mid-attack to help them cope, on the off chance that someone needs consoling and this is their only outlet.. I am very happy and honored to have made this for them. A lot of time and research went into making sure the techniques used here are proven by professionals to be effective in alleviating the symptoms of panic attacks. The main goal is to make sure the person going through the attack is able to center themselves within the present moment once again.
