A Road Trip Down the Coast of California

It’s been extremely sunny and clear on the central coast this January, and I got to enjoy a bit of it with some old friends of mine. Matilda, Henry and Zev are all friends I met my first year of college, and I’m so grateful to still be so close (and getting closer) to all of them. A solo roadtrip with stops in Los Osos, Isla Vista and Santa Barbara. It felt Joan Didion inspired, with red wine, cigarettes, windows down, and music loud. If you were to bottle up all of the laughter laughed on this weekend, you could supply someone for a month.
