ASMR | Let's Talk About It ~ My Journey with Binge Eating (whispered mini storytimes)

Hey Babycakes! ✨ I wanted to do a follow on video from the one I did last year about binge eating & B.E.D.(binge eating disorder) to talk a bit more about my journey with it, where it started, how if affected me throughout my time living/studying/working overseas, what I tried, what didn't work & more! I want to help normalise it so those who are struggling with it don't feel like they have to keep it a secret, it's just like any other mental health condition.
