Welcome to this cozy fall, day in the life vlog where I take you along with me for a work from home (WFH) day. I'll share my morning routine with a quick workout, then doing some chores before I start the day. I also share what I eat in a day with my breakfast, lunch and dinner featuring my favorite new fall recipes - homemade low sugar/low calorie Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew and a Brown Sugar Maple Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats (recipes below!). I wrap up the video with some chit chat about my TBR and books I'm reading list that I have for the rest of 2025.
