Also turns into mental warfare around minute 12 and drains your glycogen like a vampire 🛗 Incline walking? Boring. Underrated. Easy to recover from. Easy to repeat. Easy to stack on top of your job, your training, and your actual life 🚶♂️ Stop picking the cardio that makes you feel like Goggins for 3 days then quit. Pick the one you’ll still be doing in week 9. That’s the one that gets you lean 😁
