She’s a bit of a self help guru and she did a video series earlier this year called Mindset Reset which really helped me get through a difficult patch in my life. I was inspired to somehow morph it into an ASMR video. Some of the affirmations and phrases I use are taken from the real ones I created and used myself during the program.
