This was treatment to ease that involving easing up the soft tissue in the neck, massaging and stretching the pec major and minor and doing some breathing techniques to help reset her rib cage. I cant call this one no talking as I briefly speak to her as i instruct her doing a M.E.T neck stretch. I also include a lot of work to loosen up and free her scapular.
