(Please turn on the subtitles.) Hi, would you like to have a beer with me?;) ↓Tonight's Menu↓ 【Japchae(Tyaputye)】 Japchae is a Korean stir fried glass noodles. But I made it by Konjak noodle. Do you know Konjak? It's a traditional Japanese food. Konjac is mainly eaten in Japan, China, Korea, and southeast Asian countries. It’s made from yam, no added any seasoning. So, it almost has no taste or flavor. You can cook to season any taste you want. We have many Konjac products in Japan. Konjak noodle, Konjak Sashimi and Sweet Konjak jelly. They are so healthy. If you come to Japan, you should try it! 【Fried Chicken(Karaage)】 Karaage is my favorite food. I seasoned the chicken with soy sauce, ginger, garlic and sweetened sake beforehand. 【Canola flower in broth(Nanohana no Ohitashi)】 Have you ever eaten canola flower? It tastes the best in Spring. We have four seasons in Japan. So I like to eat seasonal food. The canola flower in broth is a little bitter, but I enjoyed a spring delicacy. 【Simmered Root Vegetables(Chikuzennni)】 The Chikuzennni is also Japanese traditional food. We usually put chicken to it, but I didn’t this time. Yammy〜 Thank you for watching my video.
