Hi my Darlings, Counting can be a simple and lovely tool to incorporate in building relaxation and may help to lull some of us into a sleepier state. Personally, I find taking long deep breaths and counting them up to 10 (this was a meditation I encountered in the 10 Percent Happier app - not sponsored) an easy and accessible exercise. When I want to have something quick and effective, counting is available to me :-).
