Welcome to an introduction to the tabletop role playing game of Dungeons and Dragons 5th Edition. This video is the first in a 3 part series and is geared to the casual and beginner player and even those who haven't ever heard of the game or know little about it. In this video I provide a basic overview of the game while exploring the 3 manuals: the Dungeon Master's Guide, the Monster Manual and the Player's Handbook. The second episode will explore the rules in more detail as we create a character. The third video will delve more into being a Dungeon Master as we create and populate a dungeon. I hope you enjoy.
