This video was made in educational purposes. It was filmed in St. Petersburg. The specialist's name is Vasily (inst @babaev_molot) and he is a kostoprav (bonesetter), a qualified chiropractor and a masseur. Kostopravs are quite popular in Russia. I'm not sure if this type of technique actually works but it was interesting to try it. I didn't feel better or worse after the session but I felt fine. Of course this technique must be performed by a trained specialist and you should consult a quilified specialist before trying it. During the video Vasily is describing his actions and is giving interesting information on what's going on. At the end of the video I shared my opinion on the session.
