These Terms of Service govern your use of ASMRTube (asmrtube.net). By using the site you agree to these terms. ASMRTube is provided free of charge, requires no account, and is supported by advertising.
Acceptable use
You may browse, search, and watch videos on ASMRTube for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to scrape, mirror, or republish our catalog at scale, to attempt to bypass rate limits, or to use the site to harass or defame any creator.
Embedded YouTube content
Every video on ASMRTube is played through YouTube's official embedded player (youtube-nocookie.com). When you press play, YouTube's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy also apply. ASMRTube does not host, store, or modify any video or audio file.
Intellectual property
Video titles, thumbnails, channel names, and avatars belong to their respective creators and to YouTube. Our editorial classifications, descriptions, layout, code, and brand assets belong to ASMRTube. You may not copy our catalog metadata in bulk without permission.
User-submitted content
When you submit a channel request, a report, or any other form, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use that submission to operate, moderate, and improve ASMRTube. Do not submit content you do not have the right to share.
Channel removal and takedowns
Creators who want their channel removed from ASMRTube can email [email protected]. We honour reasonable removal requests within 7 business days. For copyright concerns, send a notice to the same address — include the URL, the work claimed to be infringed, and your contact information.
Disclaimer
ASMRTube is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the site will be available, accurate, or error-free at all times. Catalog classifications may contain mistakes — please report them.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASMRTube and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including loss of data stored in your browser's localStorage.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when material changes happen and bump the date at the top. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tokyo, Japan.
