みなさんお久しぶりです😊 体調いかがですか？ 最近は雨ばかりで体調や心もなんだか晴れないですよね、、 まだまだコロナも拡大していて要注意ですね。。 気が抜けません、、 また動画を上げた際には癒されてください🍀 私はコロナにかかっていたとかではなく、中一の時から患っている潰瘍性大腸炎という病気の調子がイマイチでした😓 今は薬の調整もあって戻ってきています(๑ ˊ͈ ᐞ ˋ͈ )
