Kinetic sand is a really interesting toy made of 98% sand and 2% silicone oil (added also to cooking oils and many beauty products). The key point here is obviously this second ingredient that helps to mimic the properties of wet sand. It also prevents from sticking to other surfaces than the sand itself what makes it surprisingly easy to clean up. Since I can remember I've always planned to make a video featuring the sounds of wet sand, but it really made me feel bad every time when I thought how messy it's gonna be. With this toy it was just a pure fun. In case there is someone who reads the description, please let me know whether the sound is not too quiet. I have always the impression that the sound could have been amplified just a little bit more. If you want me to make it louder please let me guys know.
