ASMR Follow My Instructions (sleepy instructions for eyes and ears)

A lovely little lo-fi follow my instructions video before we start to ramp things up towards the end of the month. Follow the instructions using your eyes and ears and hopefully you will feel very sleepy in no time at all. As well as using lots of different lights I also used a couple of matches, which is new for me. It's lovely and relaxing and the sounds that they make lighting are fantastic! To listen with the screen fully off, in-browser playback stops by YouTube's design. Open the video in the YouTube app to keep listening where background playback is supported (e.g. with YouTube Premium).
