Reality Shifting Hypnosis: Fall Asleep & Shift to Your Desired Reality | Train Method | ASMR Whisper

This Reality Shifting Hypnosis will help you to fall asleep and shift to your desired reality (DR) using the Train Method. As this is an ASMR reality shifting hypnosis it includes multiple ASMR triggers to aid both reality shifting, relaxation and sleep. It also includes a sounds induction using a Tibetan Singing Bowl and concludes with a deep sleep induction and extended soundscape to aid sleep. Reality shifting is a skills that needs to be learned and practiced and as I am not there to guide you in person the hypnosis is equivalent to self-hypnosis so you will need to customise it to suits your needs, full instructions regarding when you should close your eyes can be found in the video.
