Today I’m eating a delicious plate of spaghetti and veggie balls with a side of garlic bread. The garlic bread and veggie balls (a roasted capsicum, chickpea and quinoa concoction) were both purchased from the supermarket, and the pasta sauce I made myself. To make the sauce: sauté one diced onion and two cloves of garlic in some oil over medium heat, add 1 tsp chilli flakes/to taste, 1–2 tsp dried Italian herbs, two cans diced tomatoes, 1/2–1 tsp salt and 2–3 tsp sugar.
