This is a soft spoken, no-frills ASMR video where I go through the NHL conferences and divisions and sort all the teams into their proper groups. I wrote each team on index cards, cut them out with scissors, counted them, and organized them into the Eastern and Western Conferences and their divisions. Lots of simple paper sounds, light structure, and a calm pace. I also do a simple, pretend run-through of the NHL playoffs, picking teams and moving through each round all the way to the Stanley Cup. The final winner is randomly chosen, just for fun. This is very much a non-expert, relaxed look at how the NHL is set up—nothing too serious, just a calm way to learn or review. If you enjoy relaxing sports content, hockey, or just something quiet to help you unwind, focus, or fall asleep, this one is for you. Topics included: • NHL conferences (Eastern & Western) • NHL divisions (Atlantic, Metropolitan, Central, Pacific) • All current NHL teams • NHL playoff structure • Stanley Cup walkthrough (for fun) • Light sports explanation in a calm, soft spoken style Thanks for watching 🤍 #forsleep #unintentionalasmr #asmr
