ASMR Focus, Focus, Focus (whisper tests to put you in a deep sleep)

Tonight I will be having you Focus, Focus, Focus on my instructions as I guide you through several focus tests. In each one, you will be following along with my instructions as I have you complete various tasks either with your eyes open or closed. We will be doing a variety of tests from 'follow the sound', blink when I snap, and 'what shape am I drawing'. Stay tuned for lots of tapping sounds, personal attention, soft speaking/whispering, and soothing hand movements.
