Hello, I'm Shiro. I live in Hokkaido, Japan. I'll be sharing delicious Japanese food with all of you! Today I ate food with a crunchy and delightful texture. The menu included sea grapes and herring roe. The seasonings I prepared were ponzu, chocochujang, and soy sauce with broth. Ponzu is a mixture of citrus juice, vinegar, and soy sauce. Chocochujang is a combination of gochujang, vinegar, and other ingredients. This time, I failed to properly mix the chocochujang. Ponzu was the best match for the sea grapes. I desalted the salted herring roe myself. The parts that were not fully desalted were eaten later. Please enjoy the video to the end! If there is a language you would like subtitles added for, please let me know in the comments or by email. 📺Related Videos https://youtu.be/mV0i_ARGZOU https://youtu.be/2-b946d3m20 📚Chapter 00:00 Preview 00:24 Eating sea grapes 01:37 Eating herring roe 05:12 Pouring and drinking beer 05:30 Eating sea grapes 07:00 Drinking beer 07:07 Eating herring roe 11:07 Drinking beer 11:16 Eating sea grapes #asmr #咀嚼音 #seagrape #mukbang #モッパン #먹방 #食べる音 #crunchy #shiroasmr
