In todays Reiki session we will be celebrating the transition from summer to fall by grounding down our energy and allowing ourselves to enjoy this cozy and comforting Reiki session ! As we move from a season of "doing" to a season of "being" it can be hard to slow down and relax. In this session we will use cozy vibes, ASMR triggers and Reiki healing to help you ground down in your energy and body, allowing you to feel safe, valid and capable of taking this time for yourself.
