Here’s a little elf friend for you when you’re feeling anxious and heightened🌱 I do speak on some techniques to help with anxiety, but I would like to say as a disclaimer: This video, and ASMR in general, is not a replacement for therapy. While it can soothe, it is not a replacement for professional help. If you feel your anxiety is beyond your control and you think you need clinical help, please reach out to a therapist. This doesn’t mean you’re broken! This means you may want to start from a point of cultivating a sense of safety in the body and should seek therapy and specialized work to find what may work for you! Generally speaking though, breathing techniques can be very helpful in calming anxiety, especially if practiced consistently, and —at least from personal experience— paired with yoga as a form of movement meditation!
