Hi my hungry dinosaurs, it's food again! Today I'm having hot veggie Ramyun with lots of Enoki mushrooms! It was the first time for me trying this type of mushroom. Enoki or Enokitake originate from Asia and taste not only sweetish but also very good. :D I really wanted to try them in a hot Ramen noodle soup, so that's what I did today!
