Spice cakes are spiced cakes which are mostly eaten in fall and during Christmas time. They are spiced with cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves etc. Today I'm trying 4 different types. We have ginger, apple and cinnamon, almond nuts and candied fruits. I'm really a fan of the almond spice cake, I love the crunchy nuts in there.
