Welcome to a no-frills ASMR chat where I go over best by, sell by, and use by dates — with index cards, a Sharpie, and a few things from my kitchen: milk, canned goods, and eggs. I talk about what these dates really mean and how cautious (or not) we need to be. Toward the end, I test an egg in water… and well, it has a tiny hole.
