Mix agar powder and sugar well. 2. Add milk, heavy cream, and agar powder+sugar mixture in a pot and bring it to a boil. *It's important to mix the agar powder+sugar with the liquid before you add heat. 3. Once it bubbles, add some of the liquid to matcha powder in a separate container. It should look like matcha paste. 4. Add the matcha paste and white chocolate chips to the pot. 5. Boil for a couple more minutes until everything is well incorporated. Keep stirring. 6. Strain the jelly liquid in a container lined with parchment paper or a milk carton like I did. 7. Cool it down completely in a room temperature then keep it in the refrigerator for two hours. 8. Serve with matcha powder on top. 9.
