Hello everyone & happy Sunday!! I am back with a quick upload today because I've finally been in the mood to record again. I think working put me in a rut for a bit and I didn't feel like doing anything I loved anymore whether it was gloving, hooping, this channel, etc. Anyway, I've been using positive mantras and starting to motivate myself to flow again. Things have been slowly improving:,) I will now be uploading on Wednesdays and Sundays to alleviate some of the stress I put on myself.
