Hi my hungry dinosaurs, it's food again! Today I'm having coconut milk rice pudding with raspberry sauce! This dish is great for weekends, breakfast or just as a snack. :D The coconut milk has a rich flavor and therefore the rice pudding doesn't need lots of sugar anymore. I use coconut blossom syrup since it's one of my favorite sweeteners out there. The rice pudding was rich, slightly sweet and fruity. 😻 How do you enjoy your rice pudding?
