In this new asmr video, I first introduce in (soft spoken) English what I do to relax and forget about sad events or about small depression and then I only draw slowly. No talking after around 8 minutes in. I hope you can enjoy this video. You can use this video in different ways. If you wish, you can only listen to the different sounds of coloured pencils on the paper. But you could also draw with me all those circles that help you feel better and forget about worries and stress. You could also just take a white paper sheet and draw whatever you can imagine.
