Soldier Boy needs a shave and Dr. Andrew Michaels is the barber. Using special metal derived from an alien vessel that will cut through a Superhero's skin, and it only effects Supes. This metal was taken from an alien vessel that also brought the extra terrestrial DNA used to build Compound V. In the third season of the television series adaptation, Jensen Ackles portrays a composite character based on the various comic book characters known as Soldier Boy, created by Nazi defector Frederick Vought during World War II in 1944, via injections of Compound V into a normal soldier. As a young man, Soldier Boy helped good triumph over evil in World War II, widely celebrated as an acclaimed war hero for his efforts. However, it is not made clear how much of that is true, as The Legend claimed that his participation in the war was Vought propaganda whereas Stan Edgar actually claims the opposite by stating that he killed Germans by the dozens. With his superhero team Payback by his side, he was said to have fought for liberty and justice for all until his disappearance during a botched military operation in Nicaragua, with the cover story being that he heroically sacrificed his own life to save America from a nuclear power plant meltdown in 1984. Soldier Boy has performed several black ops and atrocities for Vought and the U.S government between the 1960s and 70s. For instance, he brutalised and silenced civil rights activists with fire hoses during the 1963 Birmingham protests, massacred several anti-war demonstrators during the 1970 Kent State shootings and it has even been rumoured that he was the man who assassinated President John F. Kennedy. On May 3, 1970, Rhodes sent National Guard troops onto the Kent State University campus at the request of Kent, Ohio mayor LeRoy Satrom after the ROTC building was burned down by unknown arsonists the previous night. On May 4, Guardsmen killed four students and wounded nine others. This was woven into Soldier Boys fictional history and deserved to be mentioned in a respectful way.
