ASMR [Real Person] Back Exam & You are the Student Observing ( Whispered) In this back exam you are the student observing. Our patient is a 30 years old male hospitalized for back pain after experiencing a fall in his back yard. We will start the medical exam by inspecting for signs of trauma, infection, alignment of the spine, post-surgical scars. Then we will palpate his back and look for any lumps or tenderness. We will also check his back sensation. The curvature of the spine is within normal limits and the spinous processes are midline. No visible bruising is noted upon exam.
