Hey, how are you all? In today's video, we'll have the first psychologist roleplay with personal questions. A lot of people like this kind of ASMR, so I decided to do it :) I hope you like it! And I'm already thinking about a sequel to this roleplay, okay? If it gets a good response, I'll definitely add it =^.^= Oh, there was a kitten on the street that was meowing really loudly (this time it wasn't mine), that's why this video has so many cuts 😞 It's worth mentioning that I have no training in this area; it's just a role-play. If you really need help, don't hesitate to seek professional help. Your mental health matters 💜 Kisses from bre ( ˘ ³˘) 🎵 Intro song (my favorite lo-fi): Last Light - TABAL From my heart to yours, I wish your dreams come true 🤍 b. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- But what is ASMR? ASMR stands for “Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response.” You know that pleasant sensation or tingling that's typically felt on your scalp by some stimulus, such as hearing a soft voice, the sound of rain, watching slow (or fast) hand movements, or when someone is drawing something, and you feel extremely relaxed? That's ASMR! ⚠️ But it's important to remember that this “therapy” is not a substitute for specialized care. ⚠️ This technique should be avoided by those who suffer from misophonia or similar problems, in which sounds like chewing, swallowing, or whispering cause increased agitation and anxiety. 💌 [email protected]
