Jonathan Thorson ASMR put out a tapping challenge video and I was mentioned in it along with a number of other ASMR creators. Well, of course I had to accept the challenge! I don't profess to being as good as Jon but I did put together this simple video with just a wooden handle to tap using my nails. It does contain some audio echo and visual FX to oscillate the video a little. It contains fast and slow tapping. Beneficially though this tapping video concentrates on specific meridian endpoints while focusing on negative emotions or physical sensations. Tapping helps calm the nervous system to restore the balance of energy in the body and rewire the brain to respond in healthy ways.
