Hello! Today I'll be rambling about the Spanish language and its history to help you fall asleep. 💙 Like last time, a quick disclaimer: I don't speak Spanish, I haven't studied Spanish, and most of the info is taken from various parts of Wikipedia. If you notice any mistakes throughout or know an interesting piece of information you'd like to add, do leave a comment! I appreciate them very much :) The music I mentioned is the Cantigas de Santa Maria. They're often performed together with songs from the Llibre Vermell de Montserrat which is also from the Middle Ages, though from a later period, and written in Latin and Catalan.
