I'm slowly changing habits I've had for years. I found myself to be in a position where I felt like I kinda had lost touch with myself and that I was living in a routine filled with randomness that I didn't care about in the first place. I've started to focus on myself. I'm finding a new side of myself that I thought I would never get to see and I'm enjoying this new world of mine that I'm setting for myself. When the weather is good, I like to start my day with meditation in my garden and as you can see, Laban is always happy to accompanying me 😊 If you're tired with some routines or habits you have, then try to change it, after all you created them yourself and you have the power to change it to something you will actually enjoy 😊Good luck 🙏 Stella ☆
