This video is as you might have noticed in French. I speak a little French and hence I thought I'd make a French ASMR video since I myself find the language both beautiful and relaxing to listen to. So in this video I'm whispering positive affirmations (I AM-affirmations from EAR to EAR) and doing some hand movements. Perhaps you too find it relaxing and can enjoy the video even in the case French is not a language of yours (In that case I've translated the positive affirmations and added English subtitles to the video).
