Ponzu is a popular sauce used in Japan made of soy sauce and citrus juices. 【Chicken Cartilage Skewers(Nankotsu Gushi)】 It’s my favorite food. You can eat it for one dollar in Japanese Pub. The Skewer is “Yakitori” in Japanese. There are usually two flavors. Sauce and salt.(Tare and Shio.) Tare is sweet soy sauce. However I never seen Chicken Cartilage Skewer that is Tare. If you find Tare Chicken Cartilage, please let me know! 【Chilled Tomato(Hiyashi Tomato)】 Cold Tomato is one of famous Japanese pub menu. Adding salt to it makes it sweeter and juicy. Especially in summer, they are getting more popular. 【Fresh Spring Roll(Nama Harumaki)】 Spring roll (Harumaki) and Fresh spring roll(Nama Harumaki)is totally different. Spring roll come from China. Fresh spring roll come from Vietnam. Their shape is similar, but the ingredients, recipe, taste and texture are different. However their Japanese name is very similar.
