For the past 7 years of my life, I have made #asmr videos every single day. From uploading 7 days a week on Youtube, to daily TikTok’s, Daily Livestreams and at times filming 3 videos every day, I have noticed my voice feel more and more stressed over time. Believe it or not, whispering for a prolonged amount of time can actually put greater strain on the throat and larynx more than normal speech. There have been multiple instances in my life where I have been in quite a lot of discomfort from doing ASMR for a while and today it has hit its peak. This morning I woke up unable to even speak normally let alone whispering. Even speaking almost inaudibly is quite challenging. I saw a doctor who told me to rest my voice from whispering for 2 weeks as I have now literally lost my voice. Luckily, I have pre-recorded many videos in advance so I won’t be going anywhere!!! So do not worry my friends! :D So tonight, we will be doing no talking ASMR! I know some of you hate talking ASMR anyway so Im sure some of you will be happy that I will shut up in this video!
