ASMR | Relaxing Hair Massage Sleep Instructions

Tonight I will be guiding you through a sleepy relaxation mindfulness body scan. This video features gentle hair play on a beautiful head of texlaxed (mostly relaxed) afro hair. The sounds of massage, brushing, and light scratching through this thick head of hair are divine!
