The differences between a loving and abusive relationship! My experience of emotional abuse

I decided to make this video a reality because of how much videos like these helped me determine the reality of my situation. Which was an emotionally abusive relationship. This video is based off of my lived experience through both types of romantic relationships, abusive AND loving. I am grateful to have acquired the knowledge of both so that I can put them side by side for others to see the stark contrast. I hope this video can help prevent others from falling into or remaining in the paralyzing state of confusion this type of abuse creates.
