Hi! This video is simple: all I need you to do is focus on me and follow my instructions. There will be visual triggers including lights and follow my finger, as well as some different relaxation techniques. I find videos which demand my full attention to be really helpful with distracting me when I feeling anxious or having panic attack. That's what I had in mind with this video, so it starts off quite fast but gradually slows down towards the end to hopefully help you relax or sleep. I hope you enjoy!
